Everything that governs Praz SI, in plain words: terms of sale, data protection, cookies, transparency about artificial intelligence, security and accessibility. Each document is versioned and dated; a five-point summary comes before the full text.
These documents are written by Praz SI, without review by a lawyer, with one rule: when in doubt, promise less and disclose more. The mandatory rules of the law of your country always apply. Prices and rules are those of the date shown on each document; for any question: contact@praz.si.
- Legal noticePraz SI is the trading name under which Orfi BODLLI EI, a sole trader under the French micro-entrepreneur scheme established in Yutz (Moselle, France), carries on business: SIREN 131 404 634 — RCS Thionville.Version 1.1 — In force since 24 October 2026
- General terms of sale and usePraz SI is sold only to professionals. Four plans, in euros excluding VAT per month, in France, Switzerland and Luxembourg: SI Essentiel €149, SI Pro €299, SI Max €599 (recommended), SI Intégral €899; yearly, ten times the monthly price applied to you, two months free (prices as at 11 October 2026). Founder price, referral and loyalty never add up without limit: their total is capped according to the plan.Version 1.3 — In force since 23 October 2026

- Privacy policyOn the public site, Praz SI does not track you: no measurement cookie, no tracker, and the conversation with Sia stays in your browser. If you leave a question with your email, it is kept for 90 days at most, to answer you.Version 1.4 — In force since 24 October 2026
- Cookie policyPraz SI sets a few cookies, all tied to what you do on the site: staying logged in, keeping the language you chose, resuming a sign-up you started or trying the demonstration. The complete list, with their duration, is below.Version 1.1 — In force since 24 October 2026
- Transparency about artificial intelligenceSia is a virtual assistant, an artificial intelligence. She says so at the start of every call, in the language of the call, and in the first message of every written conversation. Her voice is realistic, but she never passes herself off as a human.Version 1.0 — In force since 11 October 2026
- Call recording and analysisEvery call taken by Sia starts with an announcement: Sia is a virtual assistant (artificial intelligence) and, if the garage has activated recording, the call is recorded. Anyone who does not wish this can hang up or ask to be called back by a person.Version 1.0 — In force since 11 October 2026
- Acceptable use policyPraz SI is for running a garage: answering its customers, booking its appointments, managing its workshop. It is neither resold, nor shared between several businesses, nor used as a call centre.Version 1.0 — In force since 11 October 2026
- Refunds and cancellationSatisfied or refunded for 30 days after the activation of your Sia number: full refund, no justification needed, requested in one click and confirmed by Praz SI. Once per business, on the first subscription.Version 1.3 — In force since 23 October 2026
- SecurityEach garage’s data is isolated from the others’: every access is checked against the garage and the role of the logged-in person, on every page and every action.Version 1.1 — In force since 24 October 2026
