Acceptable use policy
The essentials in 5 points
- Praz SI is for running a garage: answering its customers, booking its appointments, managing its workshop. It is neither resold, nor shared between several businesses, nor used as a call centre.
- Sia is never used to deceive, harass, canvass without consent or send unsolicited messages. Consents, requests to stop (“STOP”) and “do not contact” lists are respected.
- “Unlimited” means reasonable use: the normal use of a garage. Beyond that, we talk to you before any limit.
- It is forbidden to try to circumvent security, to access another garage’s data or to disrupt the service.
- In case of a breach, we warn you first; suspension or termination occur only in case of a serious or repeated breach, and never without explanation.

What Praz SI is for
Praz SI and Sia are reserved for the activity of a car repair garage or workshop: telephone reception, appointments, messages to customers, customer and vehicle records, workshop, quotes and invoices, the garage’s communication. Each subscription corresponds to one business and its declared establishments.
What is forbidden
Reselling, renting or sharing the service with another business; using it as a call centre or for an activity unrelated to the garage.
Making Sia say false or misleading things (fake promotions, fake lead times, false identity), passing her off as a human, or switching off the announcements required by law (artificial intelligence, recording).
Sending unsolicited messages, canvassing people who have objected, ignoring a “STOP” or an unsubscription, buying or importing contact lists without a legal basis.
Filtering review requests according to the customer’s satisfaction, offering something in return for a review, or publishing fake reviews.
Using the service to harass, threaten or discriminate, or for any illegal activity.
Trying to access another garage’s data, to circumvent the rights of a role, to test the service’s security without written consent, to overload or automatically extract the site, or to introduce malicious code.
Sending unlawful content (photos, texts) or data that you are not entitled to entrust to us.
Reasonable use of “unlimited” features
When a plan announces “unlimited” users or diagnostics, this is understood within the limits of reasonable use: the normal use of a garage of the corresponding size. As a guide, diagnosis with photos is considered reasonable up to 300 analyses per month. If a usage clearly exceeds this, we get in touch with you to understand and find the right plan; no limit is applied without warning you.
Your accounts and your team
Each person in the team has their own account, with a suitable role; login details are not shared. You remove the access of a person who leaves the garage. You tell us without delay if an access is lost or activity is suspicious.
What we do in case of a breach
We warn you first, explaining the problem and what needs to be corrected. In case of a serious breach (security breach, illegal activity, mass unsolicited messages) or a repeated one, we may suspend all or part of the service, then terminate the contract under the conditions of the general terms. During a suspension, your Sia number no longer answers and calls are neither forwarded nor taken as messages: deactivate your call forwarding so that your customers can reach you directly.
We may also remove unlawful content and, where the law requires it, respond to a request from an authority.
To report abusive use of Sia or Praz SI (for example messages you did not ask for): contact@praz.si. We respond to every report.
