Accessibility statement

Version 1.0 — In force since 11 October 2026

The essentials in 5 points

  1. Praz SI’s accessibility is work in progress: no complete audit has been carried out yet, and we say so rather than displaying a level we have not measured.
  2. Target level: the criteria of the RGAA (the French reference framework) and of WCAG 2.1, level AA, for the showcase site, the legal documents and the garage workspace.
  3. Already in place: adjustable text size, light or dark theme, respect of the “reduce motion” setting, keyboard navigation with visible focus, skip link to the content, contrasts checked on the brand colours, never more than three flashes per second.
  4. Not yet in place: audit by a third party, subtitles for all audio and video demonstrations, complete check with a screen reader on every page of the garage workspace.
  5. An access problem? Write to us: we give you a workaround and fix the page.

This summary helps you understand; it does not replace the full text below.

Status of this statement

Praz SI is committed to making its site, its showcase site and the garage workspace accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use a screen reader, the keyboard alone or a high zoom level, or who are sensitive to motion and lights.

At the date of this version, no complete accessibility audit has been carried out: the level of compliance is therefore not measured. This statement says what is done, what remains to be done, and how to reach us. It will be updated after each audit.

Praz SI is the trading name of a sole trader who sells services to professionals. To our knowledge, no legal obligation to publish an accessibility statement applies to a business of this size; we choose to publish one anyway.

Target level

We aim at the criteria of the French general accessibility improvement framework (RGAA, version 4) and of the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA. In Switzerland, these same rules serve as the reference (eCH-0059 standard).

What is already in place

Text adjustable in four sizes and a dark, light or automatic theme, remembered in your browser and applied before the first display to avoid any flicker.

The system’s “reduce motion” setting is respected: all animations are then removed or frozen; no effect exceeds three flashes per second, and flashes are brief and of moderate contrast.

Keyboard navigation on every page, with an always visible focus; a “Skip to content” link at the start of every public page; dialog windows that keep the focus and close with the Escape key.

Page structure with hierarchical headings, named regions for screen readers, alternative text for meaningful images, and buttons whose role and state are announced.

Contrasts of the brand colours checked (text on a dark and on a light background); the brand yellow is never used alone to carry information.

Legal documents published as text, with a table of contents, a five-point summary and numbered sections, readable on a phone.

Mobile pages that adapt to the virtual keyboard and to notched screens; no information depends solely on a mouse hover.

What is not yet accessible, or not checked

The audio and video demonstrations with Sia’s voice do not all have subtitles or a transcript; this is planned for when they go online.

The garage workspace has not yet been gone through in full with a screen reader; some tables and calendars may be hard to read that way.

PDF documents (quotes, invoices, signed contracts) are not yet tagged for screen readers; their content is available as text in the garage workspace.

Audit by a third party: none is scheduled to date. We will announce it on this page as soon as a date is set.

Report a problem to us

If a page or a function is inaccessible to you, write to contact@praz.si, stating the page and what is blocking you. We quickly offer you a way to obtain the information or to carry out the action otherwise (by email, by phone or through Sia), and we fix the page.

For customer garages, Sia can also carry out any action of the site on your behalf, by voice or in writing.

Remedies

If you do not get a satisfactory answer, in France you can refer the matter to the Defender of Rights (Défenseur des droits), through the online form, by post free of postage, or through one of its local delegates. In Switzerland, you can contact the Federal Bureau for the Equality of People with Disabilities.

This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version of this document, published at praz.si/juridique, prevails.
