At the date of this document, no trademark registration is claimed for “Praz SI” or for “Sia”; these names remain protected by the general rules, in particular against unfair competition.
Personal data and cookies
The way Praz SI processes personal data is described in the privacy policy. The cookies set by the site all serve what you ask for (login, demonstration, sign-up) or keep the language you chose, with no audience measurement and no advertising: their complete list is in the cookie policy.
Sales to professionals only
Praz SI is sold only to professionals (car repair garages and workshops), which subscribe for the needs of their business. The consumer-law rules reserved for private individuals, including consumer mediation, do not apply, except those that the law extends to certain professionals (in France, Article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code): Praz SI then complies with them.
