- In the diagnostic aid, Praz SI may offer links to parts sellers. When a link earns Praz SI a commission, it is always marked “partner link”.
- The income from a partner link goes to Praz SI, never to the garage, and changes nothing in the price of the part for the garage or in the price of the subscription.

What this is about
When Sia helps a mechanic find a fault, Sia indicates the types of parts concerned and offers to look for them: first from the suppliers the garage has recorded (“My suppliers”), then, if they exist, through links to online parts sellers.
Some of these sellers pay Praz SI a commission when a purchase follows a click from the site: these are the partner links.
Our commitments
Transparency: every partner link carries the words “partner link”, next to the link, on every screen where it appears. There is never a hidden partner link or one disguised as an ordinary link.
No effect on the diagnosis: leads, checks and types of parts are computed before the links and without taking them into account. A partner link never makes a part appear that would not be suggested without it, and does not change the order of the leads.
No effect on the price: the price displayed by the seller is the same whether you go through Praz SI or not; the commission is paid by the seller. The price of your subscription does not depend on partner links.
Your supplier first: your own suppliers are always offered first; you may choose never to use a partner link.
The income goes to Praz SI, never to the garage or to a member of its team, so that no incentive weighs on the choice of a part.
Who chooses the links
Partner programmes are chosen and activated by Praz SI, in its administration cockpit, with a safe address for each link. A garage can neither add nor remove them; it can ignore those that are offered. Praz SI sends the seller only the word or the reference searched for, never the name of the garage or that of the customer.
What the law says
Consumer-protection rules and the European rules on online advertising require a paid commercial communication to be clearly identified. Praz SI identifies all its partner links, including between professionals, where this transparency is not always required.
